Opinion Outpost is a survey site that I've been using for 2 years now. This site is my all-time favorite! They work with many fortune 500 companies and their members get to share opinions, review products and complete surveys in exchange for points. These points can then be immediately exchanged for cash.
Get started by completing the short registration form here. Then make sure you confirm your email. Once you confirm your email, login to the member’s area and complete the profile surveys. The more profiles you complete, the more survey invites you are likely to receive.
Once you registered and completed your Opinion Outpost profile, they'll start emailing you surveys that you qualify for. For every survey that you complete, you'll get points. Each point is worth 10 cents, so 10 points can be exchanged for a $1. Each survey is worth between $1 and $10. In order to cash out, you will need 50 points (which is $5). You will receive a check 4 - 6 weeks after your request it. After my very first week, I had a check for $25.50 in the mail! I took many small surveys that were less than 15 min. for $1.50 to $2.50, and I took several $4.50 surveys (one that only took 15 min.)!
To sum up, Opinion Outpost is a great survey site that pays you for your efforts. This site will not earn you a lot of money but can make you a little spending cash. This is one of the few legitimate survey sites out there and I highly recommend it.
